These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MiModo Miami mobile application (“App”) and related services. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Services

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

• You agree to provide accurate information when booking services.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

2. Appointments & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability.

• Cancellations may be subject to our cancellation policy.

• Payments must be completed through the approved payment methods in the App.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Misuse the App for unlawful purposes.

• Attempt to disrupt or hack the App.

• Reproduce, copy, or resell any part of the App without permission.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and design within the App are the property of MiModo Miami and may not be used without authorization.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App or services.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
